Is our software falling short in some way? Tell us about it and we'll make it right.
  • When reporting issues, it helps if you can provide spectrometer model, serial number, and operating system, including version and architecture (32- or 64-bit).
  • Accepted file types: txt, jpg, png, pdf, log.
    The full logfile for bug issues can be found on your computer at C:\ProgramData\enlighten_applog.txt. (To access this hidden Windows directory, type "C:\ProgramData" into Windows Explorer and hit <Enter>.)
